Leadership runs in her family, spanning multiple generations. Rabia draws significant inspiration from her grandmothers, both of whom were natural leaders with distinct leadership styles. She firmly believes that leadership is ingrained in her DNA and thrives in roles that allow her to guide and empower others.

Rabia advocates for personal alignment as the key to inner peace, achieved by reconciling the past, present, and future. She recognises that many individuals feel compelled to adopt different personas based on their various life roles, which can create immense stress over time. Her mission is to help professionals lead more fulfilling lives by aligning them with their core values and purpose. This vision ultimately led her to establish her business, dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Rabia is a passionate foodie, though this should not be mistaken for a love of cooking. She has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and finds joy in long walks, cycling, rowing, hiking, and camping. Being surrounded by nature and the five elements brings her a sense of peace and rejuvenation.
