Case Study: Leadership Development Training

The Challenge

A private healthcare provider in Ireland, managing multiple locations, faced a significant challenge following major changes in their senior leadership team. With ambitious growth plans, including the opening of a new premises within 6 to 18 months, the organisation needed strong and cohesive leadership to steer them forward. The Process

Over a period of 15 months, we partnered closely with the HR Director and the senior leadership team to address these challenges. Through a series of carefully designed leadership training workshops, we worked in small groups to tackle the root causes of conflict and taught strategies for managing and resolving them. Key components of the training included values, mindset, effective communication, and emotional intelligence. Our approach was hands-on, incorporating assessments, practical exercises, and simulations.

Following the workshops, each member of the leadership team received six one-on-one executive coaching sessions. These sessions were tailored to address specific areas unique to each leader, providing them with a step-by-step, action-oriented plan to tackle their challenges.
